License Agreement

1. License Grant

GhostAutomation.io grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Blueprints for your personal or internal business use only.

This license allows you to:

• Import the Blueprint into one Make.com account
• Use it for your own website, brand, or business
• Modify prompts, variables, and configuration for your own use

2. License Restrictions

You may NOT, under any circumstances:

• ❌Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Blueprint (in whole or in part)
• ❌Use the Blueprint for multiple clients or customer accounts (agency-style usage)
• ❌Offer the Blueprint as part of a service, product, bundle, or deliverable to third parties
• ❌Share access to the Blueprint, Make.com scenario, or exported files with others
• ❌Publish, post, or distribute the Blueprint publicly or privately

Each purchase grants usage rights to one individual or one internal business entity only.

3. Agency & Multi-Client Use

Agency use, client delivery, white-labeling, or resale is not permitted under this license.

If you wish to:

• Use the Blueprint for multiple clients
• Deliver automation as a service
• Resell or white-label the workflow

You must obtain a separate Agency or Commercial License.

4. Ownership

The Blueprints, including all logic, structure, prompts, and documentation, are the intellectual property of GhostAutomation.io.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership. You are purchasing a license to use the Blueprints, not the Blueprints themselves.

5. No Warranty & Final Sale

The Blueprints are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, merchantability, or uninterrupted operation.

By purchasing the Blueprint, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, requirements, and documentation, and that the Blueprint meets your needs at the time of purchase.

You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and validating generated content
• Monitoring Make.com usage and credits
• Ensuring compliance with third-party platforms (Ghost, Unsplash, RSS sources, AI providers)

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GhostAutomation.io shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Blueprints.

7. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate any terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must:

• Stop using the Blueprint
• Delete all copies from Make.com and any backups

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing or using the GhostAutomation.io Blueprints, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this License Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Blueprint.
